My husband is a no-nonsense, "get straight to the point" kind of guy. He firmly believes, "Tell me the problem, and I'll fix it." On the other hand, I approach things differently. In my view, addressing the problem requires delving into the series of events that led to its creation. Our differing perspectives often sparked arguments as we processed information in distinct ways. Like any other couple, our journey had its share of highs and lows. To sustain a successful marriage, we realized the importance of establishing a framework that would hold us accountable for our words and actions.
